Welp, where do we start? As you know, 2020 has been one heck of a wild ride, and there were times when we weren’t sure if Lazy Dog Restaurants (our mother ship) was going to make it. Our tight-knit team, fueled by friendship, family, and full hearts, pushed onward with a series of culinary experiments and ideas to meet the needs of our regulars. Our goal was simple; to keep as many teammates employed for as long as possible and to help folks in our communities safely and easily source essential food (and toilet paper).

As the months went by and we leaned into the new norm, we felt our community rally around us. This fostered more ideas in our kitchens and kept our teams charged and focused. We began dreaming up all sorts of new offerings focused around our love for food and family – we created DIY Pop-tarts! Pizza kits! TV-dinners! We had nothing to lose. And some time in the middle of all this, we realized our new reality was something of a parking-lot-dining, food to-go, delivery-centric world. It was then that the stars aligned - the universe spoke, and our Magic 8-ball revealed that “all signs point to yes” – it was time to share our most satisfying culinary experiment yet.
Enter Jolene’s Wings + Beer, named after our beloved 1975 GMC motorhome, she’s the love child of two of our favorite things, who also happen to have one of the longest running romances of all time, none other than, the illustrious – wings and beer. So here we are, ready to make all your sweet and savory finger-lickin’ dreams come true.
